The three owners, Thiago, Mikka & Josh, came together combining their experience, strengths and vision to add a new chapter in the story line with a brand new concept, Hyde Brewing. Leveraging the Ceviche brand recognition to accelerate Hyde’s growth is one of the pillars in the design.

Josh's background and previous achievements, award winning Brewmaster and co-founding Jekyll Brewery, competing with the best in the world of beer manufacturing is the driving force behind the entire vision. Great beer complementing the brand proven concept and community loved Ceviche Taqueria. Decades of experience between the three owners is the perfect blend for a successful venture proudly serving our hometown community.
